Return policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, and are in the original packaging. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process your refund, which may take up to 7 days. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

Please be aware that sale or discounted items, as well as custom-made or personalised products, are non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the above conditions.
